Starting With 2012...

We have stopped updating this archive page. This is because we now use Wordpress technology for our main website and it has organizational and search capabilities that make separate archives redundant. Nothing is pure and simple, though. If you use our main page to look up shows, you may not find some of the older stuff. So, for now, we'll leave this page available so you can find those. Eventually, we'll sort this out and this page will retire. Also, for full disclosure, we don't have all of our programs available online. Many of the earlier shows we DVD-only releases. This, too, may get sorted out someday.

Holidays 2011

Pam and Lee take on dishes for a buffet table you would appreciate during the Winter Holidays. This includes a nice cranberry pork roll, squash and stuffing casserole, bread cubes and mashed potato casserole, and some nice desserts.

Pam and Lee look at some Polish Foods in Parts 1 and 2 of our Spring 2010 release. Lee is Polish and Pam has always loved the Polish Food tents at various local food fairs. Now, with Lee's help, Pam will learn some of the intricacies of foods like Kapusta with meat (Bigos), Pierogi, and Sernik (Polish Cheesecake).

Julia Child Tribute

Pam and Lee visit the Castle Restaurant in Leicister, MA to talk to James Nicas about his dad's good friend, Julia Child who liked to come to their restauran. In Part 1, James Nicas discusses Steak au Poivre and Ceasar Salad. Pam talks about Julia's books and does a couple recipes. In Part 2, Lee goes over Julia's Coq au Vin.
